名词的复数复数种类
1.名词可分两大类，可数与不可数。用英
可数名词有两种情况，文写单数和复数。复数复数
单数名词表示泛指，用英词前加a，文写an。复数复数
a dog a dog一条狗 an arm 一只胳膊
若要表示特指，用英则a，文写an改the［ðə］，复数复数the［ðiː］。用英
the bus the bus 这公共汽车 the ant 那蚂蚁
2.名词变复数，文写则词后加s。复数复数
ts［ts］，用英ds［dz］，文写［k］、［p］音后的s，一律读作［s］。
hat hat 帽子—变复数hats
rod rod 枝条—复数为rods
sock sock 短袜—复数 socks
map map 地图—复数 maps
其它情况加s，s一般读［z］。
mug mug 杯子—复数mugs
bee bee 蜜蜂—复数bees
3.不可数名词没有单复，词前无a，an。
但要表示特指，词前加the［ðə］，the［ði:］
辅音前读［ðə］，元音前读［ðiː］。
气体、液体、粉状等物都为不可数。
wool、soot、blood都为不可数名词。
This is wool. This is wool. The wool is in the car.
这是羊毛。这是羊毛。这羊毛在汽车里。
